We are keeping our A La Plage themed Inspiration Spotlights going this week because they're just that good! Today we're featuring Ariel Kaye, theFounder and CEO of Parachute, a luxury bedding essentials brand based in Venice Beach.

I love her entrepreneurspirt because well, it takes one to know one!

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Ariel studied and then worked in New York for 10 years before returning to herhometown to launch Parachute. Hervision of a beachfront office and showroom for the company was realized last year when Parachute moved into a picturesque bungalow inVenice.

Parachute recently launched their new Linens collection, and it's fabulous!For their photo shoot to highlight this new product launch, Ariel incorporated some of my favorite A la Plage framed prints, and the images turned out amazing.

"It’s almost impossible to select a favorite Gray Malin print, but I gravitate toward his A la Plagecollection. Not only is Parachute a Venice Beach-based brand, but our bedding – linen especially – is ideal for beach house interiors."

Talking about how Ariel approaches decor both in work and at home, she had this to say..

"Life in Venice is rooted in casual beauty. Its sublime beach landscape and laid back vibe definitely influence my approach to work – and my home! I try to bring the outdoors inside as much as possible: big windows, open floor plans, lots of plants."

I can see exactly what she means when looking at these interior images. Don't you just want to jump into this bed?

"Much like our Parachute bedding, I prefer natural, earthy tones and then add a pop of color here and there. Gray’s prints are ideal for that! My aesthetic is a blend of rustic and modern design, cozy and clean."

I love how cozy these images feel and that San Francisco Nude Beach adds to those emotions.

"On a purely visual level, I am mesmerized by Gray’s work. I love the vibrant colors and epic scale of his beach landscapes. They transport you to a dreamland – except that they’re all real locations! It’s a different way of seeing things and a nice reminder to take a moment to appreciate the beauty all around us."
