Whenever our free framing sale rolls around each year, we find ourselves browsing through Gray’s collections of work and playing favorites. What can we say, we can’t help ourselves! While you may be familiar with many of Gray’s prints of easily recognizable scenes like beach clubs, mountain passes, and sun-drenched pools, you might be surprised to know that we have a little something up our sleeves for all of you out there who aren’t as keen on too-literal photographs. (We’re looking at you, abstract art lovers!) If you find yourself browsing the GM shop, but can’t seem to find those abstract art prints that pull at your heart strings, allow us to step in and offer some help. Here are 10 prints perfect for any abstract art lover (and you can pick them up with FREE framing for a limited time)…

1. Aqua Waters

First and foremost, allow us to introduce you to this beauty! This print is any abstract art lover’s dream, and believe it or not, it’s actually a photograph from sunny Australia.

2. Seabirds, Great Barrier Reef

This scene is almost too good to be true. All of those tiny white dots circling over the ocean are so ethereal, you’d never guess they are actually seabirds…

3. Waikiki Horizontal

One benefit of seeing the Hawaiian sand and sea from above? Abstract views like this one from Waikiki… Nothing beats that light pink sand meeting the water.

4. Coral Reefs, Great Barrier Reef

There’s a reason why the Great Barrier Reef is considered one of the most awe-inspiring locations in the world—especially when seen from a bird’s eye view. We love the way this print takes on an abstract quality when there isn’t a human, boat, or animal in sight.

5. Neon Paper

If you want a piece that is a true conversation starter, consider this one from Far Far Away. The movement of this colorful paper keeps the eye interested well beyond the first glance, don’t you think?

6. Kailua Bay Swirl

This is another scene we almost can’t believe is real… That swirl in the ocean off the coast of Hawaii is so perfectly mesmerizing, we could literally stare at it all. day. long.

7. Ocean Rain, Nantucket

Have you ever seen a more serene photograph? We love the way this one plays with such a subtle color palette, yet never gets boring. Pro Tip: This one is especially dramatic and eye-catching in a large size… Just take a tip from Gray’s previous dining room.

8. Boat Ride, Whitehaven Beach

If you want to truly be swept away with stunning views, look no further than the Whitsunday Islands off the coast of Australia. This print below should be enough to convince you—especially if you’re a fan of abstract scenes like this one.

9. Pink Clouds

If you want to add a pop of color to your walls but still keep things abstract in nature, this print easily fits the bill. The neon pink smoke is intriguing in and of itself, but we have to admit, it’s even better with the abstract patterns in the salt flat beneath it.

10. Byron Bay Waves, Vertical

If you’re looking for an art piece that walks the line between literal and abstract, this Byron Bay waves print is easily a winner. The ombré effect between the water and the sand is something out of our dreams, and the movement of the waves adds the perfect abstract touch.
