One thing we love about Gray’s work is that it is endlessly versatile. We’ve seen series like Gray Malin at the Parker and À la Plage in every space imaginable, from offices, to bedrooms, to bathrooms, and even nurseries (and counting!)—and we love every single iteration of them. That said, we also know the struggle of having too many options, and not knowing where to start when it comes to adorning your walls. But don’t worry, today we’re tackling just that. If you’ve ever wondered which of Gray’s fine art photography series would best suit your space, then look no further… Keep reading to find out which Gray Malin series you should purchase, based on six different décor styles…

If your style is modern: FAR FAR AWAY

Newsflash: In case you missed it, Gray’s Far Far Away series is now complete with THREE installments, and if you ask us, each one is better than the last! If you’re not familiar with this Bolivian salt flat dream, let us introduce you… We can only describe this series as being comprised of images from the farthest corners of our imagination.

It’s full of unexpected details, objects, and surreal combinations—making it perfect for any modern décor style.

Plus, its clean lines and simple design make for a collection of art pieces that are attention-grabbing, without being overwhelming when mixed with minimalistic décor.

If your style is eclectic: GRAY MALIN AT THE PARKER

If there was ever a doubt about where this series fits in style-wise, just take a hint from the place it was brought to life—the Parker Palm Springs! The aesthetic of this desert escape is innately eclectic, so naturally, these images look right at home next to your most unique décor.

But let the record show, you just may be tempted to take a few more pool days than usual… You’ve been warned!

But we digress. The whimsy and pure imaginative quality of this desert series never fails to add a touch of eclectic flair to any space. So if you have a thing for décor that doubles as a conversation starter, then this is your series…

If your style is coastal: À LA PLAGE

This one may be a no-brainer, but we’re saying it anyway… While À la Plage is Gray’s most versatile and expansive series, we’ll forever have a love affair with these prints in a coastal space. What can we say? When it comes to coastal vibes, more is more…

Those sandy shores pair perfectly with any loose-weave linen or cotton commonly found in a coastal space, and if you’re naturally inclined to love the swell life, then a surf print (or two) will feel right at home on your walls.

Not to mention, this series truly works in any room in the house or workplace. Bathroom? Check. Bedroom? Check. Kids room? Check and check.

If your style is glam: GRAY MALIN AT THE CORAL CASINO

Inspired by the fabulous upscale 1960s resort lifestyle, Gray’s work from the Coral Casino was made to be displayed alongside plenty of other glam décor. We love the nostalgia of this series, and the way it brings immediate “members only” vibes to any space.

Plus, we love the creative composition of each and every print in this series—Gray originally thought up this image below in his Aqua Glam collection, and we have to say we’re just as head over heels (pun intended) for the Coral Casino version…

But seriously, have you ever wanted to be part of a club more than you want to be a part of this chic clique?

If your style is traditional: LA DOLCE VITA

Gray’s La Dolce Vita series is truly timeless at its core, so this one is for all you lovers of tradition out there! Each image transports the viewer to the glamorous Italian Riviera lifestyle during the 1950s and 60s, which makes it perfect for any space that leans more traditional.

Let’s be honest, doesn’t this shot below give you major country club vibes? We can’t get enough of the elevated feel of this series, especially when mixed with classic upholstery and chic patterns, like the bamboo printed Roman shades in Gray’s bedroom.

And if you want to feel the warmth of the Mediterranean Sea no matter where you are, we suggest you add a little La Fontelina Beach Club to your walls…

If your style is desert chic: PRADA MARFA

Prada Marfa is another long-time favorite series of ours that has grown and evolved over time. But the one thing that never changes is how stunning this series looks in a desert chic space. With plenty of high-fashion-meets-down-to-earth vibes, any print from this series would shine in a space filled with neutral colors, Western accents, and wood finishes.

With those creamy sherbet skies and a fashion-centric subject, The Onlooker sweetens up and elevates any earthy space. And don’t even get us started on how much we love these rainbow cowboy hats…

The moral of the story is, whether your “desert chic” space reads full-on Southwestern or simply has a cowhide rug in the corner, you can’t go wrong with a print from this series.

What do you think? Did these series suggestions fit your personal décor style?

Of course, these suggestions are just a starting point. There’s no wrong way to make a GM print your own, so please, get creative!
