It’s that time of year again—the time when we kick our health and fitness routines into high gear and work toward the fresh goals we made in the New Year. I’ve been working these past few weeks to get back into the swing of my fitness routine, and one thing that always helps me stay on track is an amazing pump-you-up playlist to listen to while I work up a sweat. Sure, the mental image of your fitness goals might be enough to get you started, but it can be hard to stick to your goals and healthy habits if you don’t enjoy what you’re doing in the process. So with that in mind, I put together an essential “get fit fast” workout playlist to make my workout something I look forward to each day.
