Hi Everyone!

I wanted to share a beautiful office tour to help inspire your next purchases. I always love to see how others style my art in their homes, especially when their style is so different from my own. Today, we're visiting the interior design office of Kelly Stone in Las Vegas who has amazing taste that I have showcased previously. I'm so thrilled Kelly was willing to take the time to share her displays with all of us. Without further ado, let's get started!

Tell us a little bit about yourself. How did you get into interior design and do you have a specialty?

I am a Las Vegas based interior designer with a growing design firm. We specialize in residential and commercial projects. We do it all from full renovations, furnishings, accent walls, custom cabinetry design down to accessories. I always aim to create beautiful spaces for myself and my clients. Finding joy in the spaces where we spend most of our time is top priority! I love color, pattern, texture and unexpected accents. I love mixing antiques with modern pieces and making space look as though they've been collected over time.

How would you define your interior design style?

Curated, eclectic, whimsical - when appropriate, but I can also be transitional, contemporary and California chic.

What did you want to include Gray's art in your office? Why did you pick these specific pieces?

I love Gray Malin! His work simply makes me smile. For our offices I wanted to create a cheery atmosphere where we would be inspired to create beauty for other people. I know how important it is to be surrounded by an uplifting space and we all WANT to be in the office because it's such a fun space and a representation of what we do! Dogs at the Parker was a no brainer for me. I'm drawn to the colors and the Palm Springs style and of course the dogs! Beach Buggy pairs perfectly with our Gray Malin wallpaper and transports me to Hawaii every day!

What did you pick out as the most important elements of the print to incorporate into the space? (ie color, texture, etc)

Color! Color for sure! I'm okay with mixing colors and patterns and it's the crisp bright colors of the prints that make it easy for me to style.

You have quite a few Gray Malin pieces, what would you recommend to first time GM art buyers or any suggestions on finding ways to restyle your GM art?

My collection is large and it'll keep growing! I always tell my clients that art needs to evoke emotion. Art needs to make you feel something. If you look at a piece and it means something to you then that's the one. Maybe it reminds you of a vacation, or it inspires you to travel more, maybe it just makes you feel good when you look at it.

Kelly, thank you again for sharing your beautiful space with us and taking time to share about your stunning office and amazing interior design career.Stay up to date with Kelly on her Instagram and website
