Make Gray Malin's Firework Spritz Cocktail

With the 4th of July quickly approaching, I know I’m not alone when I say that I am excited for a long weekend of fun in the sun. When it comes to celebrating, I recently came up with a new sip that I call the Firework Spritz, and it has quickly become my favorite. I made a batch the other night while making dinner with Jeff, and we’ve been obsessed with it ever since. It combines the freshest flavors—watermelon, lime, mint and champagne—so you can imagine how it tastes like summer in a glass. Today I’m sharing the recipe with all of you. It’s pretty simple, so make a batch this weekend and enjoy…
