Hi Everyone,

As you know, I'm constantly traveling and recently decided to make a bigger effort to documentmy life on the road and share what it's really likebehind the scenes on my travels. This isn't a sponsored post, just an opportunity for me to share some behind the scenes moments and tips on traveling-- which I do a lot of these days.

Last week, I was in NYC for a special shoot, and per usual I was running all over'The City'in the 48 hoursI was there.

Whenever I travel, it's important to me to pack light but strategic.First and foremost, I always have myTumi leather carry on, personalized with my initials, with me. It's a great size for the flight and my daily schedule needs. Trust me when I tell you that this bag is one the best discoveries I made in 2015.

As for what goes in it, the first thing I pack isnon-iron shirts. I'm sure it's pretty self-explanatory but seriously, who has time for wrinkles while they travel?

Another must, especially in cooler weather, is aneasy day-to-night blazer like this one I got through The Trunk Club. I've been working with my Trunk Club stylist, Megan Finn, for a while now and she's never steeredme wrong. In-fact, she pretty much packed my bag for me on this trip! Basically, I may not be a fashion blogger but I do like clothesthat look sharp and fit well butI typicallydo not have time to shop for myself, though which is why Trunk Club isexcellent for my needs.

Unlike Los Angeles, Fall weather is in full swing in NYC, so I had to take the time to swing by Central Park and enjoy the seasonal weather and a snack for myself...

as well as some new friends...

maybe,snap a picture or two...

and of course, havesome fun with balloons.
