Oh wait..sorry, now back to the launch and the story behindhow it ALL came together. First, please allow me to introduce you to Ellen, who is the badass owner of Hedley & Bennettand pretty much the best apron maker in the business.

When Ellen and I first met, weimmediately connected on so many things, both personally and professionally. Sharing a spirit for entrepreneurship, weboth knew early that the traditional path to success was not really what our future held. Rather, Ellen and Ipaved the way for ourselvesand created niche namesake brands, both of which are based in Los Angeles and create products that are near and dear to ourhearts.
Oh, and did I mention, we both really enjoy having lots of fun and infusing that into our work as much as possible?!
The GrayMalinxHedley& Bennett Nude Beach Apron is a perfect reflection of both of our brand's sense of joyand enthusiasm for making the most out of the every day. Inspired by myphotograph,Barcelona Nude Beach, Ellen and Iworked together to translate the'cheekiness' (pun intended)of theprint onto a custom Hedley & Bennett apron. The result is awearable piece of artmade from American canvas, adjustable straps and well-placed pocketsfit for the busiest of chef's.
